First Network TV Special from the Internationally-Renowned and Multi-Platinum Selling Superstar Will Air June 18

Leading up to the worldwide release of her latest CD, “Can’t Be Tamed,” the internationally-renowned and multi-platinum selling Miley Cyrus will appear in the one-hour special, “Miley Cyrus: Live From London,” on FRIDAY, JUNE 18 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. The concert was filmed at the famed O2 Arena in London during her sold-out worldwide tour and contains excerpts from her live show. The program captures how Miley, who has grown up in the public eye, has grown as an artist and reveals her natural progression and sophistication. The concert is gleaned from the full length concert that will be available for sale June 22 on the deluxe version of Miley’s album.

In the ABC concert special, Miley will be performing some of her biggest hits, including “Seven Things,” “Party In The USA,” and “The Climb.”

Executive produced by Tish Cyrus and Jason Morey, the “Miley Cyrus: Live From London” was directed by Russell Thomas and produced by Jim Parsons. The night the concert was filmed, Miley broke all attendance records at the 02 Arena, and was one of her five sold shows there.

Miley Cyrus has broken another record – this time, for the largest ever attendance at the O2.
The record was broken when more than 16,000 fans packed themselves into the London venue on Saturday December 19 to see the Hannah Montana star perform hits like The Climb and Party In The USA.

The 17-year-old, whose ten UK dates for her Wonder World tour sold out in just ten minutes, has had a huge run of shows across the UK, and will be staying in the country until the New Year, for two more shows in Dublin and one in London.

Miley attended/performed at Concert of Hope on October 25, 2009. It seems she did her entire concert for the WW tour. The concert was presented by City of Hope (Miley has been a part of for years) which is a pioneer in finding a cure for cancer. You can view a lot of videos taken by a fan by clicking here.
