Miley is helping Sean Penn in his HELP HAITI HOME initiative. Its main purpose is to help the people in Haiti.Quote from the site:

Petionville Camp is a city of make-shift, mud-floored shelters made of tarp, sticks and twine in the center of Port-au-Prince in Haiti. It is the temporary home to 23,000 displaced people from the 2010 Haiti earthquake. The neighborhoods these people lived in before the earthquake border the edges of the camp; they are so close to their former homes and yet remain homeless. With little to no means, they cannot afford what for us would be relatively minor investments and risks necessary to get their families out of the mud and back to their home. J/P HRO works to make living conditions in the camp better like providing medical care, schooling for children and community programs. But JPHRO’s main objective is to help these people get home.

The Trevor Project will honor Lady Gaga with the Trevor Hero Award and Google Inc with the Trevor 2020 Award during “Trevor Live” at the Hollywood Palladium on December 4. The annual show benefits the life-saving work of The Trevor Project, a recent honoree of the White House as a Champion of Change for leadership and innovation in suicide prevention.

Miley Cyrus came under fire on Sunday after a video showing the actress/singer joking about smoking marijuana at her birthday party made the rounds online.

However, a rep for Miley tells Access Hollywood that the 19-year-old star’s remarks were in jest.

“The cake was a joke and Miley was being sarcastic,” a rep for Miley told Access on Sunday. “It is being completely taken out of context.”

In the video (obtained by The Daily), Miley can be seen laughing with friends before thanking revelers for a cake featuring the face of reggae icon Bob Marley, saying, “You know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed.”

Earlier on Sunday, Kelly Osbourne, who threw the birthday bash for the former “Hannah Montana” star, was quick to defend her friend, taking to Twitter to tell followers the cake and subsequent comments were simply making light of Miley’s highly-publicized salvia incident in 2010.

“Let me make something very clear after Miley Cyrus’ salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE!” Kelly Tweeted on Sunday. “The cake was also A JOKE! It makes me sick that Miley Cyrus’ so called ‘friends’ would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!

“U guys if Miley Cyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think,” she added.

Miley Cyrus joked about being a marijuana aficionado at her private 19th birthday bash last week, and found that she’d ruffled some feathers after a video of the event was picked up by The Daily.

“It’s all been taken out of context. The cake was a joke and Miley’s response was intended to be sarcastic,” Miley’s spokeswoman tells E! News.

So what’d she say exactly?

After being presented a cake from pal Kelly Osbourne that looked like Bob Marley, Cyrus said, “This is amazing. You know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f–king weed.”

Osbourne then grabbed the mic, quipping “I thought salvia was your problem, man,” teasing the former Hannah Montana star about the notorious tape that surfaced of her celebrating her 18th birthday last year.

After news of Cyrus’s latest birthday video hit the web though, and critical fans hit the Twitterverse, the Fashion Police host sprang to the starlet’s defense.

“Let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her Bob Miley as a JOKE! the cake was also A JOKE! it makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called ‘friends’ would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!”

And there was more.

“u guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think”
