‘The Time of Our Lives’ International Cover
The Time of Our Lives is beginning to be released internationally. So far, I believe, it’s being distributed in the UK and Brazil. I never added this cover and I found it in highres so I thought you’d all like it! It’s really great-looking, I’d buy it just to have it.
On a side note, I know updates are really really slow. The reason they are, are: 1. Miley is on tour so right now she’s basically having fun touring; 2. Miley is doing lots of radio interviews on YouTube and I don’t really feel like overloading the site’s updates with YouTube videos; 3. I’m on my Senior year in high school so school, applications, friends, and activities are taking up the time I used to have online. I started a new layout so I just need to finish that and hopefully I’ll be able to do so soon.
Oh! And I was able to finally see Miley live last night during her Washington, D.C. stop. It was a really great show and she’s fantastic live. I’ll be posting my photos and fan photos I’ve received from other dates as soon as I can. Miley flying over me during I Love Rock and Roll was pretty epic.

‘The Time of Our Lives’ #3 on Billboard!
“Bubbly” singer Colbie Caillat broke through to the top of the U.S. album chart for the first time on Wednesday, while Miley Cyrus made a surprise showing at No. 3.
Cyrus’ Walmart exclusive EP “The Time of Our Lives” sold 62,000 copies despite going on sale just last Friday. Albums traditionally hit U.S. stores on a Tuesday. Her performance on NBC’s “Today” show the day of release likely goosed sales. All told, it’s the eighth top 10 album for Cyrus — including sets by her “Hannah Montana” alter ego.

‘The Time of Our Lives’ EP Cover Art
Going back on what we previously thought, the name of Miley’s new EP (an album of a specific length of songs) is The Time of Our Lives. I’m guessing she will be using this to promote her new line with Max Azria as well as using the new songs for her new 2009 Tour. What do you think of the cover?

Walmart.com Launches Miley Cyrus and Max Azria!

Walmart has launched the Miley Cyrus and Max Azria section! Not much is there except a personal introduction from Miley and a Behind the Scenes video that will be coming soon. You can also start shopping (if you haven’t already) for some of the clothes here. There’s a lot of nice stuff there!

Oh! And how could I forget?! They’ve released a new song by Miley titled Party In the USA! It’s a great song and I hope she does a lot of music in this style. I can’t stop playing it. The track is supposedly from an upcoming EP titled Voyage to India (thanks to deedee1) which, from the Walmart.com site, should be released exclusivly to Walmart on August 31, 2009! Stream it below! What do you think?

Miley Sued for $4 Billion?!

1st off – this is absolutely ridiculous. Even IF chinky eyes were what they were initially going for this is way out of hand. Miley DOES NOT need to pay every Asian in L.A. for taking a picture. While this association is talking about paying for her damage to the culture. Uhh…Excuse me? What damage was caused by it? The fact that they chose to take it the wrong way. And why exactly are only the Asians that live in the L.A. area singled out by getting a piece of my homegirl? I’m half Asian Pacific Islander and I don’t see any money on my plate. The ONLY reason they’re trying to milk Miley (no pun intended) is because she’s at an amazing point in her life right now and they know she gettin’ paid (listen to DIVA, verse 2, by BeyoncĂ©). They need to step off. This Lucie Kim sees an opportunity to get some of Miley’s money. This is ridiculous and everyone knows it. I’d like to take an example from 2snaps – Has anyone seen the Olsen Twins’ New York Minute? I used to love that movie and a certain white guy’s character was a whole stereotype of Asians. No uproar about that, and I thought that was pretty offensive. Check yourself again, Kim. You are ridiculous.
Everybody wants a piece of Miley Cyrus, but in this case, an entire culture wants a piece of her–a big piece.
Asian Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County are filing a class action lawsuit against the teen queen for mocking them in a recent photo. Lucie J. Kim claims to represent more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders, who are livid with Miley and want monetary compensation.
According to TMZ, Kim says in the suit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, that each Asian Pacific Islander is entitled to the minimum damages for a civil rights violation — $4,000.
Kim added that she doesn’t care if Miley is “just a kid” and she should pay up for the “damage” she caused. Uh…she’s 16!
While it’s upsetting that Miley would take a photo like that, suing her for $4 billion dollars is pretty ridiculous. She already apologized (twice!) for the photo and understands that she upset people. She shouldn’t have to cough up $4 Billion dollars for the mistake. What do you guys think? Is the lawsuit understandable or is it absurd?
